These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," "your") and taya22 ("taya22," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taya22.club and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered through the taya22 Platform.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, participating in any game or promotion, or making any financial transaction through taya22, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • Not register an account on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your account credentials.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your taya22 account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which taya22 strongly recommends as a security best practice.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify taya22 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members and friends.

taya22 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence or breach of these Terms.

4.1 Deposits

taya22 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposit funds are credited to your taya22 wallet upon confirmed receipt. taya22 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. taya22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method in your own name. taya22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱200 for bank transfers, unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals are processed in the order received. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically settle within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1 to 6 hours.
• taya22 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending verification, compliance review, or security investigation. Such reviews will be conducted as promptly as possible.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

taya22 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain other games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion.
• Maximum Bet: When playing with an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is ₱500 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without further notice.
• Withdrawal Impact: Requesting a withdrawal before satisfying applicable wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.

taya22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. We reserve the right to request that any player provide documentation verifying their identity and the legitimacy of transactions before processing withdrawals of bonus-related winnings.

All games offered on the taya22 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure randomness and fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the taya22 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other mechanical or artificial means to interact with games or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unintended advantage. Players who discover such errors are obligated to report them immediately to taya22 support and must not exploit them.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any purpose related to fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with taya22.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that belong to third parties.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimate transactions without first exhausting taya22's internal dispute resolution process.
• Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion to meet bonus wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics.

Where taya22 suspects prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals, void bets and winnings derived from the prohibited conduct, and take such other action as we deem appropriate, including reporting to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any taya22 trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written permission.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of taya22's intellectual property rights and may give rise to claims for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya22 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Loss of winnings due to a game malfunction or software error (subject to the malfunction clause in Section 6).
• Delays or failures in the performance of the Platform due to events beyond taya22's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil disturbances, government actions, internet service interruptions, or utility failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security as described in Section 3.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, taya22's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taya22 makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

taya22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, taya22 processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• Processing financial transactions and fulfilling anti-money laundering obligations.
• Providing customer support and responding to queries.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting to PAGCOR and other relevant authorities.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and prohibited conduct.
• Sending promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.

taya22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Initiation of an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute against taya22.
• Voluntary account closure at the player's request.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, taya22 may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements, withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where closure is voluntary or due to self-exclusion, any verified remaining balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements) will be processed for return to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your taya22 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

taya22 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must immediately stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through taya22's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
